Four graphite platforms, ten certified grades
Every grade is presented with full verified technical data — density, resistivity, thermal conductivity, strength, and application fit. Each has its own datasheet.
Isostatic Graphite
Finest grain (10-12 micron), highest strength & density, ultra-low ash. Best for EDM electrodes, casting dies, semiconductor components.
Molded Graphite
High mechanical strength, complex shape capability, excellent machinability and chemical resistance.
Extruded Graphite
Ideal for rods, tubes and bars. Fine grain, good machinability, consistent mechanical properties. Available with our in-house anti-oxidation treatment for extended service life — most notably on rotor shafts for aluminium degassing units.
Vibrated Graphite
Uniform density throughout large blocks. Cost-effective for bulk electrodes, anodes and large components. Available with our in-house anti-oxidation treatment for extended service life — most notably on rotor shafts for aluminium degassing units.
Manufacturing excellence
Design-to-drawing capability with multi-axis machining centers, graphitization furnaces at 2500–3000°C, and in-house CMM quality control.
